So was going through some old jigga songs and i was like man i never seen the clip for excuse me miss so i thought id check it out what with new age technology at my finger tips…..hop on Vevo came up straight looking at the comments amongst the many Illuminati comments (seriously comon guys) i saw many people where wigging out about the mysterious face at 4:09 and what do you know someone got on a Jay-Z film Clip……
