Known for outrageous graphics and not conforming to typical structure of business, Fucking Awesome is lead by Jason Dill, a celebrated pro skater whose move to NYC as a teenager helped shape his gritty life story. You can never be too sure when another drop of FA gear is going to get released, so we’re always stoked when we get our hands on something new.
Teaming with Anthony van Engelen, designs only get released when it feels right. Dill avoids the internet for sourcing new inspiration and instead goes right to the source. Marketing ads featuring homeless people, nude imagery and old school photos of team riders alongside constant profanities have proved almost too popular for F.A which was temporarily shut down after Dill feared it was getting too exposed and appealing to the masses. Back on his authentic and independent path, F.A isn’t about skateboarding or streetwear although fans can’t help but admire Dill, for his vibrant character and the lasting effect he’s had on the global skate industry.
